Junior PMO Associate
Advantage FSE is seeking a Junior PMO Associate to join our Project Office team. In this role, you will contribute to a wide variety of activities, including collecting timesheets, preparing management reports, financial forecasting & invoicing.
After proper training and guidance, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, supporting timesheet management, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal & external timesheets, make sure stakeholders log their effort properly in corporate systems, export data, gather project information and create meaningful reports.
- Provide advanced excel assistance to Project Managers and Upper Management for maintaining sheets/documents, updating project trackers, getting approvals and issuing reports.
- Act as systems administrator for project management purposes by creating tasks, making project assignments, submitting timesheets and handling dashboards.
- Be responsible for distributing project effort reports to internal Stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Assist PMO team with Client Project documentation and monitoring.
- Be part of the internal process & policies auditing team.
What do your qualifications look like?
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Administration
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, Tables, Conditional Formatting, VBAs) and excellent skills of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Advanced presentation, reporting & communication skills
- Excellent use of English language (both written and verbal)
- Capability of adapting to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines and have a team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn financial/contractual terms

Our Selection Process
