Job Description

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a ServiceNow Consultant in Netcompany?

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations proactively.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers) to deliver cohesive and effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Track milestones, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement effective resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to the setup and customization of various ServiceNow modules.
• Prepare and deliver clear and targeted presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.
• Leverage strong ITIL knowledge to guide enterprise service management initiatives.
• Translates business requirements into concrete technical solutions, facilitating smooth project execution.

Qualifications

What would you make a good fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related roles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and lead consulting engagements
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
