The role can be based in Greece, Cyprus and Croatia. 

The role holder will be providing administrative support to our Revenue teams to ensure we have the required accommodation allocation and availability to always meet customer demand.  

ABOUT THE JOB 

• Supporting our revenue teams with administrative and data entry support to ensure we are offering accommodation availability for our customers.  
• Supporting the analysis of booking sales trends, competitor landscape and market conditions and help to identify opportunities for offers with our hotel partners.    
• Supporting the revenue team for ensuring continued availability for the TUI Group by renegotiating extra to allotments and release periods with hoteliers where necessary.  
• Developing relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize the customer journey. 

ABOUT YOU 

• Be fluent in both verbal and written English is essential. 
• A highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive and flexible can-do attitude. 
• Customer oriented. 
• Good time management, Organization, and process orientated skills  
• Target & results focused. 
• Good experience of working with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams  
• Ability to manage workload to consistently deliver accurate work within agreed objectives and to tight timescales.
