Αναλυτής / BIA Credit Loans & Receivables Servicing company, member of a multinational Financial Group of companies, is looking for a passionate, ambitious, and talented Risk Officer.
Job requirements:
- Perform the risk control analysis for the business units.
- Drafting of risk control strategy and monitoring of performance, through relative risk analytics, KPIs.
- Report on a regular basis the results of the risk control matrix at the relevant company’s Management Committees, BODs, and Regulators.
- Support operationally with the development, deployment, and maintenance of models that are used for risk control, management, valuation, and corporate, financial, regulatory reporting purposes.
- Advise on risk data aggregation framework, support risk data infrastructure, processes and systems to support analysis and reporting requirements.
- Support business compliance with core risk policies, processes, through KPIs monitoring and control checks.
- Support in building in-house capability to assess and model the impact of market and regulatory changes to risk KPIs and making recommendations for possible mitigations (in cooperation with other Functions of the Company).
- Provide advice about risk control to other Units of the Company.
- Cooperate with relevant Units of Group’s Risk departments.
- Participate in company’s trainings.
- Manage the work of the Unit in all aspects related to the area above.
- Cooperate with other Units for fulfilling the tasks assigned.
The ideal candidate for the role of the Risk Officer should have the following:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, in Risk Management, Audit, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Actuarial or relevant discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial institution as Risk officer, auditor, internal controller, compliance officer, or similar to the above positions.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
- Working knowledge of relative data analysis tools (eg. Power BI, Qlik) is considered a plus.
- Solid presentation and writing skills in both English and Greek.
