We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team , the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “CRM / CVM Product Manager” to be part of our successful team in our Customer Base & Value Management Department.

You have a challenging mission for:

Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CRM-CVM) & acquisition of new customers as well as be owner of end-to-end design and execution of cross-selling and upselling campaigns & offering proposition.

What will you do:

• Maintain the right balance between production volumes and average value, safeguarding a healthy development of Customer base.
• Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives.
• Main contact person with Sales points for her/his field, supporting and educating our sales partners with relevant material.
• Coordinating digital campaigns and initiatives with digital & brand departments
• Analyze market and perform competition analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper delivery and support of services
• Expected to bring new & fresh ideas.
• Guarantee impeccable execution with maximum level of CEX.

It would be great if you have:

• 4+ years of solid experience in Marketing preferably in the fields of CRM / CVM, customer acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Experience & Knowledge of SPSS Modeler or other similar tool i.e. SAS
• Business Acumen is required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English is required
• Telco experience would also be considered a plus
• Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Programming, Engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
