Key Responsibilities
Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) according to established protocols and guest needs.
Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience.
Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.
Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests to enhance their journey of wellness.
Teamwork: Support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and assisting colleagues when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of various treatment techniques and products.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet, and focused on delivering a premium guest experience.
