This Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer & Commercial Creation Center. The role involves leading/supporting some project initiatives as well as day-to-day administrative responsibilities.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up and maintain team collaboration areas to manage files, slides, pictures, etc
  • Manage calendars for leadership
  • Scheduling and coordinating in person and virtual meetings across teams including logistical support: attendees, conference rooms, refreshments, agenda, pre-reads and meeting notes.
  • Proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner.
  • Work across the administrative assistant pool to ensure continuity of support for global teams
  • Coordinate domestic and internal travel for teams
  • Manage supplies for team including managing orders through purchasing systems
  • Manage team materials including organizational charts

Gather/collect, track, verify team information including organizational assignments, contacts, supplies needed, travel schedules, human resources related information, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years' experience as an executive administrative assistant or coordinator experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, solution-seeking attitude, anticipates team needs and actively identifies opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience running small projects
