Autohellas is seeking for an eShop Administrator to join its dynamic team!
As an eShop Administrator you will become part of our expanding team in a full-time working position. The main purpose of the role is to support the overall business and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. You will be supporting the day-to-day order management, the smooth operation of the eShop as well as the customer support. If you are self-motivated with a desire to learn, enthusiastic, you have passion for the digital retail world, then this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage eShop content (product catalog, website banners, landing pages, promotions)
- Customer service and support (processing orders, service of customer quote request, problem solving)
- Monitoring & processing eShop orders
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a commercial environment and administrative role
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress is a plus
- Understanding of online systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service oriented
- Good time management and organizational skills
