Rooms Division Manager
Rooms Division Manager oversees a hotel's front desk, guest service and housekeeping department teams as well as Maintenance. He/She reports to the Hotel Manager and play an important role in ensuring a high level of services for our guests. Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Guest Relation Manager will directly report to Room Division Manager.
Key responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
- BA or MSc degree in Hospitality/Tourism sector.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Exceptional knowledge of English, additional language will be considered as asset.
- Strong numerical and financial acumen.
- Capability to take initiatives and resolve ad-hoc cases.
