If yes, this is a chance to be part of a Multinational Company specializing in professional services as an Administration Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing databases and filing system
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and internal clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be considered an
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong Work Ethic and a great sense of confidentiality
