🖋️ You will be reporting to: HR Operations Director
What you will do:
As an HR Operations Senior Manager, you will act as the critical link between HR and Operations, overseeing the daily functions of the HR department within the resort and ensuring the smooth execution of all HR operational processes.
More specifically, the candidate will:
HR Operations & Strategy Alignment:
● Ensure HR operational policies and procedures are continuously improved and aligned with the Group’s HR strategy.
● Lead the HR Operations team and supervise the smooth operation of employee accommodation and employee services within the resort.
Recruitment, Hiring & Employee Lifecycle:
● Monitor recruitment progress and hiring timelines in collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
● Ensure high-quality pre-boarding, onboarding, hiring, and offboarding experience for all seasonal employees.
● Oversee job offers, repeaters, and new joiners while ensuring business standards and timelines are met.
Employee Experience & Retention:
● Implement employee retention strategies to improve engagement and increase repeater rates for future seasons.
● Manage employee recognition programs, satisfaction assessments, and turnover analysis.
● Ensure excellent working conditions, a healthy work environment, and equal and fair treatment for all employees.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
● Oversee employee behavior, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with internal HR policies.
● Manage employee relations, including collaboration with unions and local labor authorities when required.
● Ensure compliance with Greek labor law, employee contracts, payroll reconciliation, permits, sick leaves, absenteeism, and appraisal processes.
HR Collaboration & Reporting:
● Collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to support business goals.
● Manage HR operational budget and prepare detailed HR reports with insights, action plans, and KPI analysis to support strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
● 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Operations role, preferably within hospitality or large-scale organizations
● Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR operational processes
● Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
● Experience with HR systems and tools such as Pylon, ERGANI, or similar HRM platforms
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate HR KPIs into actionable strategies
● Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and proactively solve problems
● Hands-on management style with strong employee-centric approach
