Role:

Manage the front desk, including the switchboard, visitor reception, and administrative tasks

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments, and supply orders with invoice control

Answer, screen, and direct calls while assisting colleagues and guests

Oversee office security, monitor access, and issue visitor badges
Requirements:
- C1 English
- C2 local language
- MS Office knowledge
- Highly service-oriented
- Professional appearance and polite manner
- Strong communication skills while easily inspiring others with your positive nature.
