ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a part – time Administrative & Operations Coordinator.

The company has grown for over 140 years into one of the world’s leading energy
and petrochemical organizations. It operates globally and provides products that support
transportation, industry, energy supply, and a wide range of everyday consumer goods.

📌 Location: Piraeus
📍 Working Model: On – Site
Working Days & Hours:
📅 Monday – Friday
🕘 Flexible working schedule within 09:00 – 17:00 (e.g. 09:00–13:00 or 13:00–17:00), depending on team planning and operational needs.
📝 Contract: Until May 2027, with the possibility of renewal

What you will do:

You will provide administrative and operational support across the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination of internal and external activities. The role involves handling a variety of administrative, financial, and office management tasks to support the business effectively.

More specifically:
 

  • Manage accounts payable processes and handle invoices
  • Liaise with tax authorities, customs, and other external offices as required
  • Support general office administration tasks (e.g. rentals, access, supplies, and office coordination)
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Assist with record keeping, filing, and document management
  • Support preparation and follow-up of reports and administrative data
  • Work on ad-hoc administrative or operational projects as needed
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and internal coordination




What we are looking for :
 

  • Academic university graduate of a relevant field (Administration / Business)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) at business level
  • SAP knowledge considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and high level of integrity
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
