ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, an international company in the realm of plastic resources, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive.

Your work will include:

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient and compliant international logistics operations.

More specifically:

• Search, negotiate, and commission logistics services, including contract preparation
• Create and implement purchase/sales orders and delivery schedules
• Organize export/import documentation in close cooperation with transport companies and authorities
• Handle claim management processes
• Independently supervise the entire supply chain cycle up to final delivery and document collection
• Control and verify invoices from suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers
• Manage invoicing and support accounting processes
• Perform data input, analysis, and reporting
• Organize and improve logistics data systems, including database development
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes using modern digital tools
• Communicate and coordinate with authorities, external consultants, and partners
• Participate in trade fairs and conferences

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics 
• Proven experience in Customer service, Supply chain, and/or in the procurement of export/import logistics services (road and sea), incl. for non-hazardous waste. 
• Fluent both in Greek and English (oral & written) 
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an asset 
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience with ERP software 
• Good experience in the use of digital tools for the procurement of logistics services 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
• Team player and adaptable 
• Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working with a high level of commitment 
• Absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability
