Job Responsibilities & Tasks

• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Prepare RFQs following process flow.
• Prepare offers according to Salesmen guidance.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Update received orders on the system to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Follow up with Customer Service to ensure that orders are produced & shipped as per customer requirements
• Communicate with customers and sales regarding their inquiries for order status, delivery date, customer complaint status
• Follow up with the deliveries of orders
• Follow up on collection with customers, then report to Sales Support Team Leader and accountant (Receivables) and Salesmen, to take the corrective action if needed.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
