ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global leader in Healthcare Technology, is looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team.

📌 Location: Athens, Greece
📍 Working Model: Hybrid (on-site during training)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (1 hour daily break included)
📄 Contract: Permanent, Full-time

 

What you will do:     

Provide high-quality support to patients using advanced diabetes management technologies, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing assistance.

 

More specifically: 

  • Deliver reliable customer support to Diabetes patients in Greece and Italy
  • Provide technical and administrative support related to company products
  • Guide patients through onboarding via inbound and outbound communication
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues following internal processes and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with patients and support them throughout their therapy journey
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma
  • Fluency in Italian and English (Greek is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or support roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
