Role Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the company’s team. This role is responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to the sales function, ensuring the smooth management of contracts, data, and CRM systems that drive the company’s business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage contracts for new broker partnerships, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Set up and maintain a reporting system for the company.
• Provide administrative assistance to account managers and sales executives for broker onboarding, contract renewals, and general sales operations.
• Assist in preparing periodic sales reports, presentations, and other documentation required by management.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal support departments to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in an insurance environment, ideally in a sales support or administrative role involving contract handling.
• Familiarity with insurance CRM platforms or similar sales support systems is considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Smart, quick learner with strong potential for professional growth.
