What You’ll Do
Administrative & Office Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the company
- Create and maintain well-structured documentation and internal records
- Support leadership with meeting coordination and administrative tasks
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers
- Oversee office logistics and workspace needs
- Assist with expenses reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Procurement & Office Supplies
- Manage purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and operational materials
- Coordinate orders with vendors and suppliers
- Track and manage inventory of essential office items
- Ensure teams have the resources they need to operate efficiently
Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
- Coordinate equipment and internal access for team members
- Support internal documentation and operational processes
- Help ensure workflows are organized and running smoothly
- Provide general operational support to leadership and teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or business support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory
