In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Associate (FP&A).
Position Summary
We are expanding our Investment & Asset Management team and are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Associate to drive financial planning, reporting and performance monitoring across our hospitality portfolio. This role delivers accurate, insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance asset performance – ideal for candidates with solid foundation in finance and strong ambition to grow within the dynamic hotel and leisure sector.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for portfolio assets and the Asset Management Team.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs (e.g., revenue performance, GOP, EBITDA, cash flow), providing clear commentary on variances and underlying performance drivers.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting cycles, including variance analysis versus budget and prior year.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning at both the asset and portfolio levels.
- Collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure alignment between financial insights and asset performance.
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic and financial analysis projects as required.
- Drive process improvements within reporting, planning, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and build robust, dynamic financial models to assess investment opportunities and project returns.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reporting packs for senior management and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is considered a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – experience with financial databases and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem – solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast – paced environment.
- Proactive, team – oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
