A shipping company, located in the Northern Suburbs, seeks an experienced person as Administration Assistant / Receptionist. 

Required qualifications are Fluent in English language, computer literacy and 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant position.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls / mails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage electronic scheduling of calendars including appointments and coordination of meetings 
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry and preparation of reports
  • Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management
  • Monitor and report on the job performed by the professional cleaning service of the office space
