Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented BO Contact Center Supervisor to join our B2C team, part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, in our Paiania offices.

By joining this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Back Office Retention team, guiding, developing, and motivating team members, organizing tasks, and driving performance to achieve business goals.

Your Role Will Encompass:

• Monitor Back Office Contact Center activities, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service.
• Guide, develop, and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
• Organize and coordinate team tasks to meet agreed-upon goals while participating in departmental planning with other B2C supervisors.
• Develop and implement best practices for Back Office Contact Center operations and participate in the recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate reports, evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and create improvement plans.
• Support team members, address issues, ensure company policy and procedures are implemented, and communicate team goals internally to inspire collaboration and teamwork.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Call Center or Back Office operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with self-motivation, flexibility, patience, and perseverance.
• Strong team spirit, adaptability, and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., BI).

• Basic sales skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback on customer behavior and competition.
