ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a rapidly growing company operating in the hospitality sector, is in search of an Executive Assistant to join the company’s office in Athens, Greece.

What you will do:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management, contributing to the operational efficiency and smooth daily function of the organization. The role acts as a key communication link between Management, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring the timely execution of tasks and adherence to schedules.
More specifically he/she will:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management, including full calendar and agenda management, meeting coordination, prioritization, and minute taking.
- Act as a central communication liaison between Management, internal teams, clients, and external partners, handling all professional correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and official documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses and maintaining accurate filing, archiving, and secure handling of confidential information.
- Coordinate business travel, meetings, corporate events, and participation in conferences or exhibitions, including all related bookings and approvals.
- Oversee daily office operations, meeting room scheduling, visitor management, office supplies, floor resources, and budget control, ensuring a well-organized and secure working environment.
- Support special management projects with strict confidentiality, monitor market-related publications (real estate, banking, auctions), and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with security and relevant teams, maintain partner contact databases, oversee brand-related follow-ups, and perform additional duties as required by the Chairman and Senior Management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar executive-level administrative role
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels (360° communication)
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
