Administrative Coordinator
Korean Register, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations. The role is based at our Greek branch in Vouliagmeni, within an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily office administration, front desk operations, call handling, and visitor reception

Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, document control, and record keeping

Assist with accounting-related reporting, expense tracking, and invoice coordination

Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding documentation, personnel records, and leave tracking
-
Manage office inventory, procurement, suppliers, and general office logistics
-
Coordinate couriers, deliveries, office maintenance, and facility needs
-
Assist with Health & Safety and ISO procedures and related documentation
-
Liaise with IT for office equipment issues
-
Coordinate and communicate with Headquarters in Korea on administrative, operational, and reporting matters

Support company events and internal initiatives
Requirements
-
Business related degree or other
-
1–3 years’ experience in administrative support
-
Fluent English & Strong MS Office skills
-
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
-
High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality
