We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Aulus Elounda, Curio Collection by Hilton, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Elounda, Crete for the season 2026.
Restaurant Reservations Agent
Requirements
Main Accountabilities:
- Handling of all the restaurant reservations
- Distributes the various administrational documents at the perspective outlets
- Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings
- Collaborates closely with the room service department
- Manages the hotel’s application regarding the F&B related requests
- Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in Front Office or customer - related jobs
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Good knowledge in POS Systems
- Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Service and customer oriented
- Good communicator
- Responsible
- Proactive
