We work with clients from around the world, guiding them through the entire Golden Visa process from property selection to residency approval.
The Role
We're a small, fast-moving team and we're looking for a versatile, highly organised professional who thrives wearing multiple hats. This role combines office administration, executive assistant support to the directors, and involvement in our sales and marketing activities. If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can switch seamlessly between managing a busy inbox and coordinating a property viewing for an international client, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage general office operations including correspondence, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Ensure the office environment is organised and welcoming for clients and visitors
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries appropriately
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for directors
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities on behalf of leadership
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with lead management and CRM updates
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
- Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
- Help manage social media accounts and content scheduling
- Assist with organising client events, property viewings, and partner meetings
- Research and compile market information as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, EA, or office management role
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal) – this is essential
- Additional languages are a strong plus, particularly Turkish and/or Arabic
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanour and confidence dealing with high-net-worth clients
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Interest in or experience with real estate, investment immigration, or financial services is a plus
- Marketing or social media experience is an advantage
