Role Summary:
The successful candidate shall act as first point of contact welcoming, greeting, serving visitors and directing them appropriately, as well as, performing general secretarial support and administrative duties as assigned.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism
- Managing the telephone center and incoming correspondence
- Organizing and supporting daily office operations
- Providing on-site service (e.g. coffee, lunches, dinners)
- Supporting meetings, corporate visits, and events
- Ensuring a high level of customer experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a reception and/or customer service role (e.g. hospitality, service) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of English
