📣 We’re Hiring: Brand Manager Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to Brand Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting brand operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications
• Accurately input and maintain data in our ERP system
• Assist with inventory tracking, product listings, and item setup
• Support the Brand Manager with administrative tasks, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Help prepare brand presentations, product information, and other materials as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in merchandising, purchasing, or brand support is an advantage
