ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Κarian Pharmaceuticals, a fast-growing Greek Pharmaceutical Company, is currently seeking to hire a new Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages call center, handles complaints, distributes correspondence mail, supports customer service.
  • Acts as the point of contact among employees, providers, external partners & customers.
  • Manages calendars, sets up meetings, prepares meeting rooms, coordinates schedules.
  • Scans and organizes documents and files, Data Entry
  • Makes travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Coordinates workflow with sales-team/ Implements promotional actions
  • Manages corporate supplies
  • Updates order file, creates daily sales reports, controls inventory
  • Issues supplier invoices and handling payments- collections
  • Monitors bank payments/customer/supplier/withdrawal movements/ Agreements of balances with customers/ Issuance of Credit invoices due to return of items.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Secretarial Studies
  • 3-4 years of work experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Computer literacy (MS Office), especially excel. Familiarity with Softone will be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Accountability and attention to detail
  • Very strong work ethic and confidentiality
