Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to monitor operational performance through guest satisfaction scores, service audits and financial reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Contribute to the execution of departmental budgets, monitor key performance indicators (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), and ensure effective cost control measures.
- Lead, develop, and support department heads; actively participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes in partnership with HR.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and discretion, ensuring service recovery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards across all Rooms Division departments.
- Collaborate closely with other operational departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance analyses to the General Manager.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels
- Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
- Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
