About the Role
 
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant Manager to join our Operations Department, focusing on logistics, export documentation and procedures.
 
This role plays a vital part in the company’s success, as the accuracy and efficiency of these operations directly reflect Izalco’s trustworthiness and global reputation.
 
Requirements
 
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
