Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and report the monthly results relating to Secure Payments and No Cash / No Cheques
· Monitor and report the weekly analytics of incorrect new and past Master Data creations
· Ensure that the agencies are following the HQ instructions for automatic payments in SAP, employee expense submissions in Yokoy, and Master Data Creations in SAP via OVParty
· Provide assistance to the digital submission of employee expenses via Yokoy
· Manage the Yokoy support model: Communicate with the Yokoy provider in case of technical issues, communicate with the HR department in case of user related issue
· Follow up the tickets raised to Taulia and in SAP, perform the Agencies yearly eligibility review and monitor the utilization of the platform on a monthly basis
· Revise Work instructions in case of changes to procedures
· Support any future projects and initiatives in scope, by monitoring progress and by following up on outstanding actions of the ww entities of the group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or in relevant field and proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of English language (level C1-C2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
