A new company in Information Technology is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Accounting Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Principal. This role combines administrative, organizational, and accounting-related responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and effective management of both professional and financial matters.

Administrative Support

Manage the Principal’s calendar, schedule, and appointments.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.

Organize and maintain archives and records.

Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to the Principal.

Accounting & Financial Administration

Collect, verify, and organize invoices and expense documentation.

Manage payments, cash flow, and petty cash.

Communicate with external accountants to ensure timely bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance.

Prepare financial summaries, cash flow overviews, and expense reports.

Handle administrative interactions with public authorities, banks, and other external partners.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Accounting Administrator.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Good knowledge of accounting processes and financial administration.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email/calendar management tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Fluency in Engilsh.
