 ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international cable manufacturer, is in search of a Supply Chain Planner, to join the company’s office in Lamia Greece. 

📌 Location: Lamia
🕒 Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, Morning hours
📍 Working Model: On-site
📑 Contract: 12 months
🖋️ Reporting to: Plant Manager

What you will do:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production planning and supply chain operations of the plant. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient resource management, accurate planning, and seamless coordination between departments. You will play a key role in transforming sales demand into production execution while safeguarding cost efficiency and service quality.

More specifically:

• Translate sales back-office orders into production orders and ensure accurate planning in SAP
• Manage plant capacity, production bottlenecks, and resource allocation
• Oversee raw material planning, purchase requisitions, reception, and storage
• Ensure master data accuracy and maintain inventory accountability
• Provide delivery dates and proactively communicate with customers on order execution
• Lead and coordinate monthly meetings and convert sales forecasts into plant load planning
• Monitor, analyze, and drive supply chain performance against KPIs (inventory coverage, OTIF, service level)
• Implement the Group’s Supply Chain strategy locally and support innovative improvement projects

What we are looking for :

• University or Technical University degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years in a similar role (supply chain planning, production planning, or logistics), ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Customer-oriented mindset, effective communication, and strong collaboration skills.
