Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong tech literacy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and schedules for executives
  • Answering or screening emails, phone calls, and in-person appointments
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking, preparing itineraries, and assisting with expense reports
  • Managing documents and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering supplies and coordinating with administrative staff
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners
  • Assisting with special projects by organizing resources and monitoring progress

Working Hours: 11:00 – 19:00

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendars
  • General tech literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, but not mandatory
