Personal Assistant to General Manager


Your main purpose

  • Communication Management: Screen and direct calls, manage correspondence, and respond to queries professionally.
  • Scheduling: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for executives.  
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to support decision-making.
  • Organization: Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.

 

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office management systems.
  • Discreet, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to relocate if required.
