Πλήρης απασχόλησηKey Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation, including creating, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Handle communication, including emails and phone correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics.
- Prepare presentations, Excel sheets, and templates for internal and external use.
- Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the Abbey team.
- Assist with website updates and follow-ups.
- Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Patience and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: €1,000 net per month.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided.
