Administrative Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation, including creating, organizing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle communication, including emails and phone correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, Excel sheets, and templates for internal and external use.
  • Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Abbey team.
  • Assist with website updates and follow-ups.
  • Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Patience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: €1,000 net per month.
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus at the end of the year.
