HR Administrator
The HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners and will have the responsibility of the provision of efficient and effective support to the HR function in all aspects of administration and systems management. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing a complete administration service to the HR function
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hires, resignations, et al.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Handle HR benefits (Private Insurance & Rewards).
- Performs any other administration tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
- MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset.
- At least three (3) year proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a large organization, preferably in health sector.
- Experience with PYLON HRM software will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Approachability, energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
- Attention to detail.
- Work with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks.
- Creativity, ability to bring in new ideas and contribute to change.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self-development/willingness to learn.
