Customer Service Representative (B2B)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a leading multinational chemical company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Β2Β).

📌 Location: Chalandri
📍 Working Model: Hybrid
📅 Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 or 09:00–17:30 (including break time)
📃Contract: 6 months with prospects of renewal
🖋️You will be reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor

What you will do:

In this role, you will efficiently enter orders using SAP, register complaints, handle delivery and customer inquiries. Typically, a CS Representative responds daily to incoming calls from customers and field sales associates in a manner that maintains good external/internal customer relations.

More specifically:

  • Handle incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Places & processes orders, monitor order status, handle customer requests and inquiries
  • Contact 3PLs and Sales team to provide knowledgeable information to customers
  • Contribute to team KPIs and ensure compliance with external & internal auditing requirements
  • Provide overall reliable customer service in area of responsibility & back up in other areas of the department such as Returns from customers, Equipment on Loan, Equipment on Rent, Exports, Department Reporting and Billing

What we are looking for :

  • University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
  • Prior working experience in Customer Service, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Experience working with SAP will be considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written communication)
  • Previous experience using a multi-line telephone system is desirable
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
