Kariera.Group Recruitment Services, on behalf of its client Rhodes Real Estate – G. Diakanthou & Associates, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily calendar and schedule of senior executives, including meetings and appointments

Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and logistics as needed

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Support the execution and monitoring of strategic projects and decision implementation

Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives across the company

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive use
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive support role or in a position involving strategic coordination

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek, English

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and calendar/meeting management tools

Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
