MILLA STAMATELOS IOANNIS KAI SIA EE is a dynamic well-established family owned Export company. Our company is a fast-growing company of two very successful brands Milla and Greek Archaic Kori. We are currently seeking for a Client Operations Coordinator to join our  department that acts as the link between Sales and Logistics. You will take ownership of wholesale client orders after the initial sale is made — ensuring smooth communication, production follow-up, issue resolution, and timely deliveries.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and thrives on keeping things moving between teams.

Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on production progress for each client order.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding delivery timelines, updates, and product issues.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Handle cases of defective products or missing items with empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Update client records and order status in the ERP system.
• Act as a supportive liaison between the Sales and Logistics teams.
