ICAP Contact Center, on behalf of a fast-growing logistics tech firm, is searching for a Customer Warehouse Service Representative to join its Athens hub. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a company that’s reshaping how parcels are delivered and picked up across Greece.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support to customers regarding lost or delayed parcels, complaints, and delivery status inquiries

  • Handle inbound communication via phone, email, and in person in a courteous and effective manner

  • Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch) to investigate and resolve issues

  • Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions in internal systems

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution

  • Identify and log any discrepancies related to parcel handling

  • Support general inventory and warehouse processes when needed

  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics is highly desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of Greek; basic English knowledge is an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer service platforms

  • Team player with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics or business is a plus
