ICAP Contact Center, on behalf of an innovative company that specializes in automated parcel locker solutions, is seeking a Customer Warehouse Service Representative for its Thessaloniki operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to contact for customers regarding delivery delays, damaged parcels, and pickup inquiries

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and in-person requests with professionalism and empathy

  • Coordinate with internal warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions provided

  • Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure full customer satisfaction

  • Identify and report parcel irregularities (damaged, misplaced, or returned items)

  • Assist with basic inventory and stock-related tasks

  • Ensure the workspace remains clean, safe, and organized

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or warehouse/logistics support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek – English knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Familiarity with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

  • Team spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment

  • High school diploma (TEI/IEK degree in logistics or business is a plus)
