Oikos Property Developments is a fast-growing company that operates in property development. Our mission is to improve our customers’ experience to the maximum. For this purpose, we would like to include in our team an Administrative Officer (HR Department) for permanent occupation.
Your tasks:
Maintaining and updating employee files (digital & physical)
Managing and updating HR systems
Overseeing the onboarding of new employees (contracts, HRM system profiles, email setup, equipment preparation, and personnel records)
Coordinating offboarding processes for departing employees
Supporting leave & absence management (tracking, reviewing, communication)
Responding to employee questions and requests related to administrative matters
Providing general support on HR projects and initiatives as needed
Your Profile:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
