Starting with the role:

The Quantity Surveying Specialist is responsible for managing labor declarations, budget estimates, and subcontractor agreements to ensure legal and financial project compliance

During your day you will:

• Manage Social Security (APD) declarations for in-house staff and subcontractors
• Oversee preparation of project labor budgets (AMOE)
• Support the Subcontracts Administrator in drafting and updating subcontractor agreements
• Ensure legal compliance in employment documentation and payments
• Participate in subcontractor certification and verification processes
• Prepare letters and legal documents related to labor contracts
• Support accounting and legal audits with required labor documentation

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions and industries
• Familiarity with construction contracts and relevant financial regulations
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate cost forecasting
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors
• Certification or coursework in cost management or contract administration
