Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη - Administrative Assistant


A-Office Facilities offers various professional workplace solutions, including serviced office spaces, meeting rooms, seminar halls, virtual office services and consulting services.

We are interested in hiring a positive, organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our offices in Chalandri and Marousi, Athens.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support
  • Handling of emails and incoming phone calls
  • Greeting clients and providing quality customer service
  • Scheduling professional meetings, appointments and viewings with clients
  • Handling new client inquiries, offers, and follow ups
  • Making office supplies arrangements
  • Ensuring good operation of the premises, including but not limited to checking the good cleaning of the space

Qualifications:

  • (Bachelor's) degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Relevant work experience in front office/customer service or sales is a plus
  • Great organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel)
  • Highly motivated team player
