Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified Office Empoyee for the Bod Secretariat, PR & IR Department:

What you will need to do:

• Compliance with the regulations of the relevant supervisory authorities (Athens Stock Exchange and Hellenic Capital Market Commission) for the companies listed on the Athens Exchange
• Communication and meetings with shareholders and investors
• Monitoring and reporting financial data
• Monitoring and updating the shareholder registry
• Monitoring developments and drafting the ESG report

What skills you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or another relevant degree
• Master’s degree in a relevant subject would be considered an asset
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the Capital Market Commission regulations would be considered an asset
