Πλήρης απασχόλησηA commercial company in Insulation, Sealing, Gluing and Waterproofing materials in ΝΕΑ ΙΟΝΙΑ is looking for a Client Service Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- Account Management: Maintaining client records, updating information, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like order processing, data entry, invoicing and report generation.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving client issues, finding solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent client service.
- Commercial Department: Assisting the department through administrative tasks (reporting, client management, client orders, etc)
- Marketing Tools: Collaborating with agencies to boost the social media of the company (Newsletters, ads, etc)
Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: The ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, working experience of Enter soft CRM system will be considered a plus.
- Social media administration skills will be considered a plus
Requirements
- Proven work experience of a similar role of at least 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- University Degree is a plus
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
• €1000-€1150 net/month
