We are seeking for an experienced Tenders Specialist
You will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation, submission, and management of tender documents. Reporting to Operations Manager , you will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all procedures regarding tenders, offers and bids .
Specific responsibilities:
-Search for Tenders announcements
-Prepare offers (technical specifications ,certificates etc.)
-Submission /use of electronic procurement system
-Monitoring the tender process ,check contracts , prepare documentation
-Communicate with public authorities
Ideal candidates for the role have :
-Attention to Detail
-To manage multiple tender submissions and tight deadlines.
- Comfort with Word and Excel, PDF editors
- Knowledge of Procurement Laws/Regulations
You will feel more confident in this position if you possess:
- University Level Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in handling Public Tenders
- Experience in e-procurement platforms
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Word Excel, Power Point)
- Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in both Greek & English language
