Sales Administration Specialist


We are an import and distribution company seeking a qualified Sales Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires adherence to established processes, effective communication across departments and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and the sales team
  • Process a high volume of product orders
  • Verify and track order confirmations
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations
  • Monitor and report on sales targets
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and motivational skills
