Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end supply chain process, maintain daily communication with suppliers and logistics partners, and take ownership of one or more assigned brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor purchase orders to suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers and freight partners to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update orders in our ERP system, including handling product changes and price updates.
• Register new product codes and prepare item files for clients.
• Record incoming deliveries and coordinate barcode sticker distribution to stores.
• Daily email management with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.
• Prepare reports related to orders, inventory, and brand performance.
• Take ownership of assigned brand(s), including monitoring sample timelines, requesting product data, and serving as a liaison across departments.
